Client Details
This is a full-time, in-person Estimator role based in Phoenix, AZ. You'll be joining one of the company's newest and fastest-growing divisions, combining the stability of a major national organization with the agility and upward mobility typically found in smaller operations.

Description
Prepare detailed and conceptual estimates for hard bid and negotiated work
Collaborate with preconstruction and project management teams to develop cost-effective solutions
Engage with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to gather and verify information for accurate estimating
Support early-stage planning and strategy by leveraging project management experience to bridge estimating with preconstruction execution
Profile
Experience in estimating or preconstruction within general contracting
Strong understanding of both conceptual and hard bid estimating
A background in project management or experience that allows for a broader preconstruction role beyond just quantity takeoffs
Comfortable working full-time in the Phoenix office and engaging in face-to-face collaboration
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication
