I am recruiting for an Estimator in Portsmouth working for a well-respected main contractor on facade & fire remediation projects. The company do everything from major work projects to small works and reactive maintenance, with a great company culture and is constantly growing.
Role and responsibilities:
- Working as part of the pre-construction team
- Reporting into the Estimating Manager
- Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates
- Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live
Requirements:
- Experience working for a main contractor
- Experience on commercial refueb projects
- Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
