Project Estimator (Remedial/Environmental Construction)

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Project Estimator to join a growing team and lead the cost side of impactful environmental construction projects. If you've got experience with earthwork, roadway construction, or complex bid environments-you might be a perfect fit. Experience in environmental remediation is a big plus, but not a must if you've handled detailed, regulated, or high-stakes projects like hospitals, airports, or government sites.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Create accurate cost estimates and budgets for remediation, petroleum systems, hospitals, chemical plants, and other regulated projects
- Work with project managers and sales teams to develop proposals and risk assessments
- Attend pre-bid meetings and review scopes, specs, and schedules
- Analyze subcontractor quotes, source materials, and negotiate pricing
- Collaborate on reports, trends, and bid packages
Who You Are:
- 3+ years estimating in environmental, civil, or regulated construction
- Comfortable with complex bids and stringent client or agency requirements
- Strong communicator who works well with cross-functional teams
- Skilled in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project (ProCore is a bonus)
- Organized, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
