What we're looking for: We are currently seeking a mid-level Construction Project Estimator with a focus on large-scale commercial projects in key sectors including Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education, Corporate, Institutional, and Light Industrial.

IDEAL Candidate : will have 5+ years' experience in the estimating and preconstruction of large-scale commercial projects. Minimum 5 years of work experience in large-scale vertical commercial construction estimating. Conceptual estimating experience preferred. BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience. Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated problem solving skills and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in various estimating software, including those used for digital quantity take-off, pricing, and bid invitation. Proficiency in of Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel. Preferred experience in pricing labor for concrete, carpentry, casework, doors, demo, and specialties. Preferred experience with preconstruction estimating. Preferred experience with scheduling software.
