Your Role:
️ Prepare detailed estimates and competitive bids for commercial construction projects.
️ Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope to ensure accurate takeoffs.
️ Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
️ Identify project risks and opportunities to optimize costs and efficiency.
️ Work closely with project managers and leadership to strategize successful project execution.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in estimating for commercial construction.
Strong proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, PlanSwift, or similar).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Local market knowledge and subcontractor relationships in Austin, TX, a plus.
