Our client, a leading commercial roofing company, is seeking an experienced estimator to join their team.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects ranging from $3M to $10M in awarded bids per year.
- Specialize in flat roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, and PVC, with additional experience in metal, built-up, and large-scale commercial shingle roofs.
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and site conditions to develop precise cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator, with a strong track record of awarded bids.
- Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)
- Aggressive commission plan
