Estimator / Account Manager

(SC3441)Our client are a leading graphics, signage and large format print company, they have won awards for the manufacturer of their display and graphics, offering a superb range of point of sale, graphics, indoor and outdoor signage, posters and exhibition stands. They are currently recruiting for an Estimator / Account Manager to join their expanding team.Responsibilities / Requirements:Previous estimating / customer services experience essential.Large format experience would be a distinct advantage however the client will consider any print background.Looking after accounts for various bespoke and ad hoc clients.Produce estimates within agreed timescales.Liaise with other departments.Experience dealing with Clients and Suppliers.Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved throughout.Manage client communications in most effective manner.Ensure jobs are processed and managed in line with procedures and meeting client's requirements.Ensure all jobs are managed within the agreed timescales.Our client also offers free parking to all staff.
