We are seeking a Permanent Estate Settlement Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of estate settlement, including tax compliance, settlement, and escrow. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with clients and other team members to provide comprehensive estate settlement services. Your role will be critical in ensuring the smooth transition of assets and minimizing the tax liabilities for our clients.

As a Estate Settlement Advisor, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
1. Managing all aspects of estate settlement, including tax compliance, settlement, and escrow.
2. Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide comprehensive estate settlement services.
3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth transition of assets and minimize tax liabilities.
4. Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and regulations to provide the best possible service to our clients.
5. Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of estate settlement.
6. Preparing and reviewing estate tax returns and other related documents.
7. Managing and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the estate settlement process.
Job Details
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Estate Settlement Advisor role will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, specifically in estate settlement.
2. Extensive knowledge of tax compliance, settlement, and escrow.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex financial issues.
5. A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
7. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFP, etc.) is a plus.
8. Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
