LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced legal administrative assistant who has a passion for estate planning. We have an exciting new opening in Naples, FL at a wonderful law firm.

Experience Required: 5+ years

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to attorneys in the Corporate Trust & Estates Group.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, mail, and document preparation.
  • Familiarity with filing procedures and court documentation.
  • Process new client files and maintain current ones.
  • Enter daily timekeeping and prepare expense reports
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent office work experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with Trust & Estates documents.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
