Job Details- Advise and represent clients in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and probate matters.
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare proxies.
- Handle fiduciary litigation, including trust and probate disputes.
- Assist with business succession planning and asset protection strategies.
- Navigate federal and state estate and gift tax matters.
- Counsel clients on Medicaid planning, elder law, and guardianship issues.
- Oversee the administration of revocable and irrevocable trusts.
- Represent clients in probate court and fiduciary litigation cases.
Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Washington State Bar License.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
- Strong knowledge of revocable & irrevocable trusts, wills, fiduciary litigation, and charitable planning.
- Proven ability to handle complex estate and tax planning matters.
- Experience with guardianships, elder law, and Medicaid planning is a plus.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and client communication skills.
