Job Details
We are seeking an Estate Planning Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our esteemed North Carolina firm. We specialize in providing personalized legal services for estate planning and administration, offering a collaborative environment for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
Advise clients on tax implications and wealth preservation strategies.
Assist with trust and estate administration.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on tax laws.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and North Carolina Bar admission.
1-5 years of estate planning experience.
Strong understanding of estate planning principles and tax law.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
