Job DetailsQualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar membership in Tennessee, or the ability to seek admission in Tennessee.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
- Strong knowledge of probate court procedures and estate tax laws.
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal services with a client-focused approach.
