What You ll Be Doing - Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents like wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
- Advising clients on smart estate planning strategies, including tax implications
- Guiding families through trust administration and probate (with compassion and precision)
- Representing clients in probate court as needed
- Staying up to speed on California estate planning laws (because this stuff changes)
- Maintaining excellent client relationships (and your sense of humor)
Salary/Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 per year plus commission
