What You'll Do:


  • Handle estate and trust administration matters from start to finish
  • Advise clients on probate, estate tax issues, and fiduciary responsibilities
  • Draft and review wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
  • Represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in court proceedings and estate disputes
  • Collaborate with a highly regarded legal team on complex estate cases


What We're Looking For:


  • 2 years of experience in estate administration, probate, and trust law
  • Knowledge of Maryland and/or D.C. probate and estate tax laws
  • Strong legal drafting and client counseling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
