LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Paralegal in Naples, Florida. The idea candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and a strong background in estate administration and probate.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing, preparing and filing probate and trust administration documents, including electronic filings, and related notices.

  • Managing a variety of Probate cases from start to finish, including trust petitions, guardianship and conservatorship matters.

  • Familiarity with Florida probate rules and procedures.

  • Experience in preparing and filing estate, gift, and trust tax returns.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor s degree, or relevant work experience.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and client-service skills.

  • Strong research and investigative skills.

  • Ability to work within a larger team of paralegals and attorneys.

  • Proactive approach to managing multiple deadlines and priorities.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
