Job Details
  • Low billable requirements (minimum 1,450 hours).
  • Develop into doing either transactional estate administration or fiduciary litigation
  • Manage a broad range of estate administration matters, ensuring seamless execution for clients.
  • Conduct legal research on estate and tax laws to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Looking For:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Virginia Bar (MD or DC is a plus)
  • 2+ years of recent experience experience in Estate Administration
  • Ability to transition into transactional estate administration or fiduciary litigation
