Escrow Support candidate. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations, and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
The Escrow Support is responsible for: - Coordinating Remote Online Notary appointments to include order set up and customer communications
- Testing new Remote Online Notary software as directed by management
- Facilitating orders through the Centralized Order Desk to assist escrow teams with new orders to include searching for CAD and agent information
- Communicating professionally, respectfully, and effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers
- Occasional remote branch support to coordinate the collection and distribution of information to finalize a home sale or refinance transaction

Qualifications: - A High School diploma or equivalent is required
- A minimum of 3 years of Escrow experience required
- Experience with RamQuest system preferred, but not required
- Great communication and customer-oriented skills required
- Able to work independently in fast paced environment
- Able to easily and rapidly move between tasks
- Able to work a fulltime schedule, Monday - Friday (standard business hours) remotely
- Microsoft Suite proficient
- Internet search proficient
