Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant opportunity with
an escrow company that provides sellers and buyers peace of mind by taking complicated agreements and seamlessly executing them-disbursing funds, ensuring required documentation is completed, and working with the title company to transfer ownership from the seller to the buyer.

Your specific duties will include: - Managing real estate closing transactions from inception to closing.
- Handling all accounting activities, including escrow deposits, wires, and payoffs.
- Reviewing contracts, processing files, clearing titles, and preparing all necessary closing documents.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in escrow or title.
- Proficiency with RBJ and Greenfolders software.
- Mobile home escrow experience (required).
- Bulk sale escrow experience (required).
Pay Rate Range: $23.00/hour - $33.65/hour (depending on experience).
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
