Escrow Officer opportunity with a trusted leader in title and escrow services, with a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional, personalized support to residential and commercial clients. This company offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, contributing to the growth and success of real estate investments. The
Escrow Officer isresponsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include: - Managing an active escrow desk with an established book of business.
- Soliciting new business opportunities.
- Leading the team and providing support to senior management.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Escrow Officer.
- Ability to handle a resale transaction from beginning to end.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Qualia is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- College education is preferred.
Pay Rate Range: $60000 per year
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
