Responsibilities: Role Overview: As our Closing Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring all escrow files are managed with precision and care. You'll be the main point of contact for home sellers, leading them through the final steps of the closing process with confidence, empathy, and proactive communication. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep escrow expertise and a heart for service. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and facilitate the efficient processing of escrow transactions from contract to close.
• Prepare all necessary transaction documents, including contracts, disclosures, and escrow paperwork, in alignment with internal policies and compliance standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve title-related issues to ensure smooth and timely closings.
• Act as the primary liaison for home sellers, offering support and clear updates throughout the escrow process.
• Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from sellers, internal departments, and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate closely with sales team members and other internal departments to ensure aligned and seamless closings.
• Monitor escrow milestones, keeping track of key deadlines and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Participate in team meetings to report on file progress and collaborate on resolving any challenges.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to facilitate the closing process and address any arising issues.
• Maintain exceptional organizational systems to juggle multiple transactions with accuracy and ease.
• Build strong, trustworthy relationships that keep sellers, vendors, and internal teams engaged and confident throughout the process. Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in escrow, title, or real estate transaction coordination preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of escrow procedures and real estate transaction documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide others clearly through complex processes.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and details simultaneously.
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
• Confident working independently while collaborating across departments.
• Tech-comfortable and familiar with digital transaction tools and platforms. Compensation: $80,000 + Quarterly Bonuses

Compensation:
