Job Description:
We are seeking a Full time Escrow Officer with at least 5 years of direct escrow experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the escrow process from open to close, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring a seamless transaction experience for all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
- Open, process, and close escrow files for residential transactions
- Maintain communication with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies
- Prepare escrow instructions and settlement statements
- Handle document preparation, funding coordination, and disbursements
- Ensure compliance with state and company regulations
- Manage a pipeline of transactions with minimal supervision
- Deliver high-level customer service and problem-solving
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Escrow Officer
- Deep knowledge of California escrow procedures and RESPA guidelines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with escrow software systems (eg, Qualia, Resware, etc.)
- Valid Escrow License (if required in your state)
