Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Escrow Assistant at New Venture Escrow. The Escrow Assistant will be responsible for handling escrow tasks, closings, providing exceptional customer service, and notary services as needed. The role will involve direct involvement in real estate transactions and supporting the escrow process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Escrow and Closings
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Notary certification or willingness to obtain one
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and regulations is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with a team and interface with clients professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
