Job Summary: The ERP Technical Analyst will ensure the reliable performance of the ERP system (Business Central 365/Microsoft Dynamics) and integration with other software.
Essential Functions
- Assist with ongoing projects and upgrades to BC 365
- Troubleshooting, support on Dynamics NAV/ 365 BC & CRM
- Project tasks including requirement gathering/ analysis, design, documentation development, testing, training.
- Documentation on various business processes.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Analytical thinking & designing reports for analysis in Power BI and BC 365.
- Modify BC 365 using extensions (AL code) and RDLC.
- Integrates and implements other software with webservices (API & OData)
- Automate job processes using Power Automate
- Ability to prioritize and manage tickets sent by various departments.

Skills Required to Perform the Duties of the Job:
- Must be able to create reports in Power BI, familiarity with DAX expressions.
- Ability to present oral and written communication to internal/external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate action.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of Visual Studio and ability to apply.
- Knowledge of Basic ERP and Concepts
- Knowledge of marketing best practices and ability to apply.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in an information technology discipline
- One to three years' experience in a hands-on information technology position
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Requirements
- This Position is primarily sedentary and requires ability to sit for extended periods of time
