About the Role:
The Information Services department is looking for a Full-Time Support Specialist. Primarily responsible for maintaining, configuring and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning suite systems (ERP) with strong business processes, particularly in areas such as inventory management, finance and supply chain. This ideal candidate will also provide in-depth technical support, identify daily priorities, be able to work with little supervision, and must install, modify, and troubleshoot computer and printer hardware/software to maintain optimal functionality. Must be experience in addressing day-to-day help desk inquiries from employees, providing timely resolutions and technical guidance. The successful candidate will possess a growth mindset, strong communication skills, professionalism, demonstrated technical experience, and a desire to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
What You Will Do:
- Provide technical support to maintain, advance, and integrate ULE's ERP systems.
- Provide timely ERP user assistance and technical support in resolving issues.
- Analyze functional and cross-functional business process needs and development of process improvement recommendations.
- Work closely with end users to identify, analyze, and deploy core business processes and workflows to integrate into the ERP systems and business intelligence platforms.
- Assist in the modification of procedures or changes in system integrations or applications to improve ERP systems performance.
- Review detailed technical specifications for software development, implementation, and/or integration into existing application infrastructure.
- Create KPI dashboard on ERP system performance and user adoption, including benefit cost analysis and user feedback for management review.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the organization's financial transactions, reporting, and accounting structure.
- Monitor and report routine system performance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, or a related field is required.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in software design, development, and production methodologies, data management, and systems integration technologies
- At least two (2) years of experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence platforms and EPICOR.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the deployment, configuration, and support of ERP systems
- Working knowledge of standard hardware/software in a desktop/server environment, including MS Windows Server operating system, MS Office Suite and Office 365, SQL database.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environment and business analytics.
- Ability to multi-task and take on new responsibilities as the business expands.
- Ability to think "outside the box."
- Strong Excel skills.
- Good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $85,000 based on experience and qualifications + Bonus pay.
