We are actively seeking a detail-oriented ERP Support Analyst to support our client's business operations through the maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of their Epicor ERP system. This on-site role is ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver with a deep understanding of ERP systems and a passion for optimizing business processes.
As a key member of the IT and operations support team, you will partner with departments across the organization to provide expert ERP assistance, enhance system performance, and help drive ERP initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide day-to-day support for the Epicor ERP system, ensuring system availability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues and system errors, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Identify root causes of recurring ERP issues and implement corrective actions.
User Training & Documentation
- Serve as the first point of contact for ERP-related user support and training.
- Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and training guides for ERP users.
- Deliver one-on-one and group training to improve user efficiency and understanding of ERP functionality.
Business Process Improvement
- Collaborate with business units to understand their processes and how the ERP system supports them.
- Assist in gathering requirements for ERP enhancements or process automations.
- Recommend improvements to ERP configuration or workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Incident Management & System Monitoring
- Track, prioritize, and resolve ERP-related support tickets.
- Monitor ERP system performance and usage, addressing any operational concerns.
- Maintain a log of incidents, resolutions, and preventative steps to build a robust support knowledge base.
Project Support
- Support ERP upgrade, implementation, or module expansion projects through testing, documentation, and user acceptance processes.
- Participate in data validation, cleanup, and migration efforts when required.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Epicor ERP.
- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Proficient with troubleshooting ERP issues and providing end-user support.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
