As a ERP Senior Engineering Manager, you will be a joining the Dynamics Platform Enablement team, supporting multiple lines of business. You will help drive Best Buy Health finance and operations compatibilities to one platform. This is innovative work for our Current Health, Commercial PERS, and Consumer Lively lines of business. These solutions will enable the business to support our customers and provide additional offerings ensuring our customers can depend on their devices for their urgent care needs. You will lead one or more engineering teams delivering new products and supporting our existing products. You'll lead recruitment and staff development activities and will be responsible for setting the engineering direction for the teams within your area. You'll be responsible for developing your staff, both individual contributors and managers. You'll pair with peers in product and customer success to ensure your teams deliver world-class products for our customers and continually raise the bar on all aspects of the software development lifecycle.

What you'll do
  • Lead and manage product-focused, high performance software engineering teams, working together to navigate complex and ambiguous problems
  • Enable and improve the technical direction of the whole team to have a far wider multiplicative impact than just code
  • Use your software engineering experience to motivate teams to succeed and deliver positive results
  • Lead a group of high performing engineers tasked with implementing a cutting-edge enterprise resource planning solution
Basic qualifications
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • 1 year experience managing and leading engineering teams
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education or experience
Preferred qualifications
  • 5 years of experience leading high performing engineering teams
  • 5 years of experience understanding the full financial impacts of supply chain processes
  • 5 years of experience in enterprise resource planning implementations or maintenance such as Dynamics Finance and Operations
  • 5 years of experience listening and gathering feedback to coach and empower teams
  • 5 years of experience leading or contributing to cross-team initiatives (finance, operations, supply chain, product)
  • 5 years of experience managing remote teams that are geographically dispersed
  • 3 years of experience working in an FDA-regulated environment
  • Strong business and technical communication skills
  • Boston MA and/or Minneapolis MN, preferred locations
