ERP Implementation Specialist

Urgently Seeking ERP Implementation Specialist with Cognos PA.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cognos PA Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Cognos Planning Analytics (PA), providing expertise in configuration, deployment, and support. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch solutions to our clients, ensuring smooth implementation processes, and providing strategic guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities for ERP Implementation Specialist:

• Lead the implementation of Cognos Planning Analytics (PA) for clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment.

• Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions using Cognos PA.

• Configure and customize Cognos PA, including setting up dimensions, hierarchies, and models to align with client business processes.

• Provide expert guidance on best practices for deploying Cognos PA in a variety of environments.

• Perform data integration tasks, develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models within Cognos PA to meet client requirements.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and client teams, ensuring they can effectively use the Cognos PA system.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience with Cognos Planning Analytics (PA), including implementation, configuration, and support.

• Strong knowledge of Cognos TM1 and its integration with other IBM tools.

• Experience with data modeling, report development, and system optimization within Cognos PA.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions and train end users.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications related to Cognos Planning Analytics or IBM analytics solutions.

• Experience with cloud-based deployments of Cognos PA (e.g., Cognos Analytics on Cloud).

• Familiarity with additional IBM products (e.g., Cognos Analytics, IBM Watson, etc.).

• Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
