I am Partnered with a prestigious law firm that is looking to add an attorney to their ERISA Group.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the State Bar of California
- 5 years of experience in ERISA litigation, with a particular focus on class actions
- In-depth knowledge of ERISA law, employee benefits, pension plans, and health and welfare plans
- Familiarity with ERISA compliance and regulatory matters.
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
