About the Role:

The role is for a full-time Electronics Service Technician/Engineer at our office in Houston, Texas, United States.

You will work within the Equipment Service, maintenance, and production teams and assist in testing, building, and repairing Nexxis's Rental and OEM equipment.

If you have experience in circuit board repairs, production builds and or wiring, and fault-finding skills, get in touch.


Your Main Duties:

  • Repair, build, and maintain Nexxis OEM equipment.
  • Use electronic test equipment to diagnose circuit faults.
  • Perform wiring, soldering, and assembly of electronic and electromechanical components.
  • Fault finding and repair of electronics to board level
  • Analyse, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Scheduling and coordinating the receipt and delivery of equipment

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Electronics or Mechanical Trade or equivalent
  • A recent Engineering graduate or technician or someone with up to 3 years of experience
  • Excellent technical ability to repair, test and build electronics

  • You Will Need:
  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a engineer/technician or similar.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, having a "Can-Do" attitude.
  • Be resilient.
  • You will have the ability to communicate effectively with work colleagues.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Good interpersonal skills, time management and multi-tasking skills.
