Position Overview: To obtain, record, and report all maintenance of Loenbro equipment. Track, code, and approve equipment finance and maintenance accounts payable items. Will also oversee the recording and distribution of all title and registration documentation. Work is performed under the supervision of the Equipment Controller and alongside the guidance of the Maintenance Leads, Mechanics, Accounting, and Safety.
Job Duties:
Maintain safe, clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Assist in coordinating and reviewing in-house and third-party repairs.
Organize third-party vendor accounts
Review Automated Fault Codes and dispatch to respective Regional Maintenance Leads
Coordinate Recalls, TSB's and Warranty work with leads
Track, report, and distribute FMCSA inspections and SMS system notifications to Maintenance Leads and Controller.
Maintain annual DOT inspection records and distribute subject fleet list to field and maintenance team
Coordinate and provide technical support to operations for ELD program
Collect equipment inspections from operations and prioritize work orders to resolve inspection related issues.
Report equipment repair and shop overhead costing summaries to Equipment Controller
Coordinate and summarize major equipment repair budgeting with Maintenance leads to Equipment Controller.
Pull approved mechanic time and submit to payroll
Determine and report equipment damage repairs to respective Regional and Area Operational managers as well as Equipment Controller.
Provide technical support, as needed, for mechanics and shop personnel.
Assist in identifying potential sales or retirement of equipment by analyzing historical repair costs.
Operate and Maintain Electronic Work Order System (E360)
Attend meetings and classes as identified by Loenbro management and safety teams.
Code and approve all accounts payable items in conjunction to repairs and maintenance workorders as well as shop overhead transactions in a respective timeframe
Perform all other duties as assigned by Equipment Controller in a safe and efficient manner.
Oversee all vehicle and equipment titling and registration duties.

Very Strong Computer Skills and ability to handle multiple systems simultaneously
General knowledge, ability to identify and categorize maintenance repairs for equipment and vehicles
Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
Ability to understand and carry out complex oral and written instructions.
Ability to work in all types of weather, and under various working conditions and
Ability to work independently of oversight on maintenance or repairs of all Loenbro equipment.
Ability to work effectively to establish good working relationships with other employees.
Ability to work effectively with the public, third party vendors, and operations
General knowledge of titling and registering fleet vehicles
Clean driving record.
Subject to working in a variety of environments
Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures
Manufacturing, pipeline, and refining environment
Fit and move in confined spaces including tanks and vessels
Limited working surfaces
Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors
Exposure to areas with limited visibility
Essential Requirements:
If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.
Travel may be required up to 20% max
