Job Description Epicor Support Analyst Saint Louis, MO ( Onsite need local) Must have active linkedIn with profile photo. Administer day-to-day operations of the ERP system (Epicor). Document ERP processes and create troubleshooting and ticket resolution guides. Identify and recommend opportunities for new feature implementation, collaborating with management and end users to integrate improvements. Assist in developing reports and dashboards to enhance data analysis and business intelligence. Streamline internal processes and data flow for greater efficiency. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ERP-related issues. Manage system user access, permissions, and security settings. Participate in the planning, management, and execution of software installations and system upgrades. Provide training for general use, new features, functions, and third-party add-ons.
