They are looking for an Epic Systems Analyst who will be responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of EPIC applications. This role involves configuring workflows, supporting go-live events, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with upgrades to enhance patient care. This is a hybrid position based in Westchester County, CT.
Epic Systems Analyst's Responsibilities and Duties
- Implement, configure, and upgrade EPIC applications.
- Provide end-user support, including go-live assistance and troubleshooting.
- Analyze business and clinical needs to optimize system functionality.
- Test and validate system modifications, upgrades, and interfaces.
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user support resources.
Epic Systems Analyst's Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred candidate must be Cadence Certified; ADT Certified is a plus.
- Experience with EPIC application implementation, troubleshooting, and support.
- Strong understanding of application testing and workflow analysis.
- Related clinical or business experience preferred.
