Insight Global is looking for an EPIC Application Manager to work on-site with our customer. This is a direct hire role that will site on-site in Roanoke, VA 3x a week. We do have flexibility on relocation timeline, ideally the candidate would relocate within 3-4 months.
The candidate must be analytical, dependable, and detail oriented. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have strong communication (both written and oral). Must demonstrate solid leadership and presentation skills. Must be self-initiated, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be customer service oriented. Develops and administers consultant and vendor contracts, manages key vendor relationships, and coordinates other internal and external support relationships as assigned. Maintains quality service by creating and monitoring metrics, establishing standards, and adjusting operations to align with standards. Proactively identifies areas of improvement (process or technical) and develops plans to implement those improvements. This position is on-site in Roanoke and will be hybrid. Salary between $110,000-145,000.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Business.
- Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience ITIL Foundation Certification
- Past experience as an EPIC Analyst
- Strong People Management background
Compensation:
110k to 145k per year annual salary.
