Job Details
The Epic Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment and implementation of Epic's Ambulatory application. The Implementation Manager works closely with hospital leadership to integrate both corporate and local priorities into future rollouts. After each implementation goes live, the Manager ensures a smooth transition to the Production Support team, facilitating a seamless support handoff. This role also involves supervising a team of analysts focused on the Ambulatory applications within their scope.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Epic Ambulatory Certification strongly preferred.
At least five (5) years of hands-on experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Proven experience in leading an Epic implementation project is required.
