The Lead Application Analyst plays a crucial role in supervising the improvement, maintenance, and management of specific applications within Temple Health. This position entails leading projects, providing guidance to team members, collaborating with business units and stakeholders, representing the department in various capacities, and contributing to vendor relationship management. Additionally, the Lead Application Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and operational stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and enhancement of application solutions.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Bachelors Degree : in relevant field (Preferred)

Experience

8 Years experience in related role with an advanced ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving integrated applications (Required)

General Experience and knowledge with project management simultaneously leading and coordinating multiple projects (Required)

General Experience leading and mentoring a team in a high performing collaborative team environment (Required)

General Experience and knowledge with an in-depth understanding of hardware configurations, database management tools, query language, and application topologies (Required)

General Experience and knowledge with analyzing, diagnosing, suggesting, and implementing process improvements (Required)

General Experience in Healthcare IT (Preferred)
