Travel may be required for Go-Live installations or training, which could involve air, vehicle, or train travel.
What You'll Do:
  • System Build and Configuration: Independently research and configure systems to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and promote patient safety.
  • Heuristic Design: Advocate for effective healthcare systems usage. Use your clinical/business knowledge to inform workflows, system design, and support end users. Understand heuristics in software design to increase usability.
  • Adapt and Innovate: Welcome change, seek opportunities for improvement, and exhibit innovative thinking.
  • Ensure Accountability: Own your actions, correct mistakes, and adhere to service excellence practices.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, ensuring efficient communication and support.
  • Information Technology: Possess knowledge of the systems development life cycle, applying appropriate methods for development, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Project Management: Efficiently manage projects, grasp system development life cycles, and adhere to project management principles.
  • Documentation and Testing: Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, develop testing scripts, and ensure compliance with departmental standards.
Who You Are:
  • Possess a 4-year Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Have demonstrated analytical skills and preferably experience in implementing and testing vendor software applications or healthcare operations related to the role.
  • Certification requirements vary by analyst level; previous Epic experience is mandatory and current training in primary application is required for levels 2-4.
  • Strong analytic and project management skills, with healthcare experience preferred. Active vendor training status is necessary.
  • Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using a computer for job responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and virtual communication skills are essential.
Why You'll Love Us:
  • Comprehensive health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits for full-time & part-time employees
  • Access to short-term and long-term disability, along with life insurance coverage
  • Competitive salary
  • Tuition Reimbursement opportunities
  • 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan
