Title: Epic Analyst - Ambulatory

Location: Northeastern U.S. Region
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Description:

• The Senior EHR Analyst serves as a bridge between business departments and healthcare information systems, ensuring that applications function effectively.

• This role is integral in troubleshooting software issues, implementing new solutions, training staff, and maintaining essential healthcare information system applications.

• The analyst will collaborate with team leads and other stakeholders to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

• Responsibilities include system maintenance, workflow optimization, documentation, and providing high-level customer service for escalated issues.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting clinical or financial healthcare information systems.

• Strong background in implementing and maintaining healthcare IT applications.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Customer-focused approach with proven support experience.

• Proficiency in office productivity tools and experience with workflow visualization software.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with enterprise healthcare IT systems.

• Certification in relevant healthcare application modules or willingness to obtain within six months of employment.

• Knowledge of software implementation and project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with vendor service agreements and IT service management frameworks.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in executing complex projects.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $80000K-$100000K
