Title: Epic Ambulatory Analyst
Location: Fully remote

Contract: 3 Month contract, high possibility of Extension
Description:
Key Responsibilities and Projects
- System Analysis and Build: Analyze ambulatory workflows and requirements, perform system configuration and build in Epic, including documentation to facilitate cross-coverage and future maintenance. This includes handling lab interfaces and ensuring proper account number linkage as part of system build and optimization.
- Mergers, Acquisitions, and Closures (MAC): Lead and manage Epic-related projects tied to mergers, acquisitions, and closures of departments or clinics. This includes onboarding and offboarding departments, streamlining processes, and improving workflows to ensure smooth transitions
- Documentation and Coordination: Facilitate thorough documentation, coordinate with various teams, and ensure all necessary questionnaires and intake forms are completed to provide the ambulatory team with accurate information for system build and support
- Day-to-Day Support: Provide ongoing ticket support for ambulatory Epic issues, working alongside FTEs who handle most routine support. The analyst role focuses on higher-level analysis and build tasks beyond basic support
- Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the face of the ambulatory team for MAC projects, requiring strong business-facing soft skills, a collaborative approach, and a relaxed, non-consultant demeanor that fits a casual work environment
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and changes to ensure functionality aligns with business needs and workflows
Required Qualification
- Epic Ambulatory Certification

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical, IT, and business teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, especially related to MAC activities.
