Requirements
Key Responsibilities May Included:
- Inspect, transport, handle, and containerize materials for storage and shipment
- Inspect containers and collection areas for compliance with regulatory requirements
- Operate light and heavy equipment such as vehicles, vacuum trucks, plow vehicles, forklifts, skid steer, lift gates, pumps, and other equipment in a safe responsible manner and in compliance with personal license/training limitations
- Perform Spill response, remediation, and clean-up activities
- Perform routine inspections on vehicles and equipment
- Warehouse operations, general labor, and housekeeping
- Comply with Safety, Health, Environmental, and Security Management program requirements as priority one while always acting in a safe manner
- Provide excellent customer service and client relations
- Accomplish assigned tasks with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
Qualifications:
- Related experience preferred but not required
- Possess or obtain a 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification
- Pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening including marijuana
- Valid Driver's license, CDL with hazmat endorsement preferred but not required for all positions
- Ability to pass occupational and DOT physicals as applicable to position
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
