To be eligible for Skills for Chicagoland's Future's services, candidates must reside in Chicagoland (Cook, Lake, McHenry, Kane, Kendall, DuPage, or Will County in Illinois), and be either unemployed or underemployed, defined as working fewer than 32 hours per week or outside their field.

Job Highlights
- Accountable for cleanliness and neat appearance of assigned areas, including restrooms
- Cleans and maintains equipment and request repairs
- Maintains all supplies in the assigned supply storage area and keeps it neat, clean, and organized
- Interacts with patients and guests

Candidate Profile
- Prior cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
- Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to push, pull, and control cleaning equipment and materials up to 150 pounds in weight and move large trash objects and containers
- Must have a neat personal appearance
