Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of existing accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business prospects and devise strategies to broaden our customer base.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients to ascertain their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product development) to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements to meet or surpass quotas.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to spot potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Environmental Health & Safety is a plus.
  • Able to work independently while managing a portfolio of 300+ client accounts.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Goal-oriented with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
