Job Details

We are seeking a motivated Environmental Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our Environmental practice group in our Hartford, Connecticut office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex environmental litigation matters, focusing on issues such as regulatory compliance, permitting, and enforcement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in environmental law and litigation, particularly in relation to state and federal environmental statutes, such as the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and RCRA. Previous experience with environmental enforcement, litigation strategy, and working with expert witnesses is highly preferred.
