The Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist I will be responsible for the following:
- Reinforces the company's safety policies/procedures
- Conduct new hire safety orientation
- Act as a safety mentor/coach/resource to the field leadership
- Investigate employee work-related injuries and near misses
- Assist and provide safety training on policies, procedures, OSHA, DOT, EPA
- Prepare, schedule, and conduct regular crew safety audits in the field.
Requirements:
- Completion of OSHA 30-hour class for the construction industry.
- Completion of OSHA & (Trainer Courses in OSHA Standards for Construction)
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- 2-4 years of Safety Professional experience
