The firm's environmental practice focuses on multi-party, complex litigation, and the ideal candidate will possess strong litigation writing skills, with experience in environmental law being a plus. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a seasoned legal team, contributing to strategic litigation and advancing the firm's high-caliber environmental practice.

Duties:

• Handle complex, multi-party litigation cases with a focus on environmental issues.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and manage discovery processes.
• Conduct thorough legal research on relevant environmental and litigation topics.
• Prepare and file detailed briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop and execute legal strategies.
• Provide support for case strategy and litigation tactics from inception to resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on multi-party cases.
• Experience in environmental law (CERCLA experience is a plus).
• Strong litigation writing skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active admission to the California State Bar.
