Day to Day:

• Collabera is looking for an HSE & Maintenance Manager to lead health, safety, environmental, and maintenance initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards while driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation across all plant operations.
• This person will develop and maintain HSE policies, and client's HSE Management System, and serve as the primary contact for audits.
• The person will conduct site inspections, manage emergency response plans, lead incident investigations, and interface with regulatory agencies.
• Additionally, this person will drive environmental impact reduction, chemical management, risk mitigation, and employee coaching while ensuring consistent adherence to company objectives.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in occupational safety
• 5+ years of HSE regulatory compliance experience
• A background in the automotive industry
