organized Entry-Level Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and supporting key marketing initiatives.
In this full-time position, you'll have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in client service, marketing support, and event coordination. You'll work closely with internal teams, especially marketing, to ensure client satisfaction, address inquiries, and help drive successful outcomes for nonprofit campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely, professional service via phone, email, and in person
- Manage client inquiries and provide updates, addressing concerns with care and accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to ensure client needs are communicated effectively and executed smoothly
- Assist with marketing support tasks , including preparing promotional materials, organizing outreach efforts, and gathering client feedback
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client communications and activities using CRM systems
- Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure long-term, proactive client communication
- Contribute to event execution by helping to organize logistics and promotional materials for nonprofit clients

Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications , or a related field is a plus
- Entry-level applicants welcome-no prior client-facing experience required
- Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative roles is a bonus
- Full-time availability, with flexibility to meet client and team scheduling needs
