In this position, you will manage a robust portfolio of 2,000 business clients, while also generating new business through referrals and leads. Compensation: Weekly pay, with a potential first-year average of $70,000-$85,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with our existing clients.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities (B2B).
  • Oversee team performance and provide guidance as needed.
  • Train and empower incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Track daily field activities using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Contribute to recruiting, training, and leadership development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Passionate about building relationships and engaging with the community.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
  • A clean background check and reliable transportation are essential.
  • A 45-day evaluation period is in place before advancement opportunities are considered.
