In this position, you'll have the opportunity to service a portfolio of 2,000 business clients while also seeking new relationships through referrals and leads.

Compensation: Enjoy weekly pay with an average earning potential of $70,000-$85,000 in your first year.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B).
- Oversee team performance and provide essential support.
- Train and guide new team members on company systems and processes.
- Document daily field activities using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and leadership development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: - Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-energy environment.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
- Genuine passion for relationship-building and community engagement.
- Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, is preferred.
