Entry Level Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Schedule and conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the sales field.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
