Compensation: Enjoy weekly pay with an anticipated first-year earning potential of $70,000-$85,000.
Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities (B2B).
- Lead and supervise team performance, providing necessary guidance.
- Train and mentor new team members on our systems and processes.
- Track daily field activity utilizing a Salesforce-based CRM.
- Contribute to recruitment, training, and leadership development initiatives.
