Compensation: Enjoy weekly pay with an anticipated first-year earning potential of $70,000-$85,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities (B2B).
  • Lead and supervise team performance, providing necessary guidance.
  • Train and mentor new team members on our systems and processes.
  • Track daily field activity utilizing a Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Contribute to recruitment, training, and leadership development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Passion for building relationships and engaging with the community.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, is beneficial.
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • A clean background check and reliable transportation are required.
  • There will be a 45-day evaluation period prior to advancement opportunities.
